This statement describes Bridge Niagara’s website-accessibility commitment and technical-feedback process. It does not claim formal certification or perfect access in every browser, device, or third-party service.

Website access

What we are working to support

Navigation and reading

  • Keyboard navigation and visible focus.
  • Clear headings, links, labels, and instructions.
  • Screen reader support through clear page structure and form feedback.
  • Readable contrast, text resizing, zoom, and mobile layouts.

Forms and alternatives

  • Plain-language donation, sponsorship, volunteer, and contact forms.
  • Error messages that identify what needs attention.
  • Phone or email help locating public information when a digital process does not work.
  • A practical electronic alternative when one is reasonably available.

Report a barrier

Tell us what did not work

To help Bridge Niagara investigate a website-accessibility problem, include only the information needed to understand the issue:

  • The page, form, document, or information you were trying to use.
  • The barrier or error you experienced.
  • Your browser, device, or assistive technology, if you are comfortable sharing it.
  • The electronic format or website behavior that would help.
  • How you would like Bridge Niagara to respond.

Do not send payment-card details, medical records, or other unnecessary sensitive information.

Use the confirmed event plan

Current service formats

Walk-up and drive-through service are planned for Friday, November 20, 2026 at Harry F. Abate Elementary School.

Parking, traffic, entrance, line, and check-in details will be posted on the Turkey Giveaway page when the final operating plan is approved.

Individual arrangements are not offered

Bridge Niagara does not offer individualized event arrangements such as transportation, delivery, interpreters, reserved parking, separate service lines, or proxy pickup.

Do not send medical records or other sensitive personal information. Use the published event formats and rules when deciding whether to attend or volunteer.

Check the event page before traveling. Operating details can change because of weather, venue, traffic, safety, or supply conditions. A website update is informational and does not create an individual service arrangement.
