- Screen reader support through clear page structure and form feedback.
- Readable contrast, text resizing, zoom, and mobile layouts.
Forms and alternatives
- Plain-language donation, sponsorship, volunteer, and contact forms.
- Error messages that identify what needs attention.
- Phone or email assistance when a digital process creates a barrier.
- Alternative formats when reasonably available.

To help Bridge Niagara investigate an accessibility problem, include only the information needed to understand the request:
- The page, form, document, or information you were trying to use.
- The barrier or error you experienced.
- Your browser, device, or assistive technology, if you are comfortable sharing it.
- The format or assistance that would help.
- How you would like Bridge Niagara to respond.
Do not send payment-card details, medical records, or other unnecessary sensitive information.

Walk-up and drive-through service are planned for Friday, November 20, 2026 at Harry F. Abate Elementary School.
Exact accessible parking, drop-off, route, line-assistance, and check-in arrangements will be posted after the final venue and traffic plan is approved.

Contact Bridge Niagara about a barrier related to mobility, standing in line, vision, hearing, communication, language, or a volunteer assignment.
Describe the practical assistance you need rather than sending a diagnosis or medical record.
