What we are working to support
Navigation and reading
- Keyboard navigation and visible focus.
- Clear headings, links, labels, and instructions.
- Screen reader support through clear page structure and form feedback.
- Readable contrast, text resizing, zoom, and mobile layouts.
Forms and alternatives
- Plain-language donation, sponsorship, volunteer, and contact forms.
- Error messages that identify what needs attention.
- Phone or email help locating public information when a digital process does not work.
- A practical electronic alternative when one is reasonably available.
