Assignment and day-of instructions

A coordinator will confirm your role, arrival time, check-in point, and any day-of instructions. Roles may include setup, distribution, guest information, parking and traffic support, cleanup, or flexible support.

Youth, school, and group volunteering

Do not use the individual form for anyone under 18 or for a youth or school group. Email info@bridgeniagara.org first so supervision, guardian consent, venue, and assignment requirements can be confirmed.

Safety, privacy, and event expectations
