Publication standard

Current, approved, and public-safe

The controlled library includes official records, adopted materials, working files, templates, and restricted sources. The website publishes or summarizes a record only after its source, period, approval status, and privacy classification are checked.

  • Draft or proposed governance and policy materials are not described as adopted.
  • Leadership details are not published as current until the roster is certified.
  • Financial reports are not posted until the period, preparation, approval, and public-safe copy are confirmed.
  • Impact figures are not published without a dated methodology, source set, reporting period, review, and limitations.

Depending on the record, Bridge Niagara may post the full public-safe copy, publish a plain-language summary, link to an issuer registry, or provide the record upon request.

Request process

How to request a public record

  1. Email info@bridgeniagara.org with the subject Public records request.
  2. Identify the record, reporting period, and preferred electronic format.
  3. Do not include sensitive identity, payment, medical, donor, or account information.

Requests for IRS public-inspection records will be handled under applicable federal disclosure requirements. Electronic delivery is preferred when a public-safe copy is available.
